Please help us welcome Alex Nielebeck to the Pride! Alex serves as a dedicated CBRS/Case Manager at Pride Mental Health, bringing a fresh perspective and unwavering commitment to supporting individuals in need. Recently graduating with a bachelor’s degree in social work from Boise State University, Alex's academic journey was guided by his compassion for others, particularly those who are neurodivergent.

With a specialization in social work and a minor in family studies, Alex is honing his expertise in case management, prioritizing empathy and compassion as cornerstones of his approach. He is driven by a genuine desire to understand his strengths and adapt them to best serve his clients' diverse needs.

Alex is looking forward to figuring out what he is best at and what skills he already has that apply to his new position here at Pride Mental Health. Most of Alex’s experience is in ABA (Applied Behavior Therapy) and Aquability at the YMCA. He is passionate about helping others in need connect to affordable housing, food drives, and addiction rehab centers.

Outside of work, Alex loves to spend time with his family and friends. He loves watching and playing sports. He also loves playing and listening to music. He has a talent for the guitar and drums and looks forward to playing bigger venues around the Treasure Valley.

Alex lives by the mantra, "If you enjoyed wasting time, it’s not a waste of time," embodying a philosophy of embracing every moment with purpose and enthusiasm. Join us in welcoming Alex as he embarks on this transformative journey with Pride Mental Health, making a meaningful difference one step at a time.
