Focus/Intention
We believe in having qualified individuals with integrity that matches our own. Individuals that have a passion for building stronger communities by offering services to community members. Medication Management services assist individuals through mental health challenges in a variety of ways, such as helping mitigate symptoms to allow therapy to address the roots of issues clients experience. This service consists of meeting with and being evaluated for symptoms/struggles as well as for the appropriateness of medication. The overall goal is to offer medication management for the purpose of more effectively managing daily life while continuing to work toward all mental health goals.
As with all Pride Mental Health services, our providers are patient, understanding, objective, unbias, communicative, compassionate, and most importantly, supportive. We are always eager to professionally, compassionately, and appropriately serve our community members in the best ways possible. Medication Management is our newest service and we are confident it will allow us to increase our reach as well as our impact, furthering us toward our goal of helping strengthen and uplift the communities we serve.
Private Pay, Private Insurance, and Medicaid
We are currently offering Medication Management Services to Private Pay individuals. Because this is a new service to Pride Mental Health, we are currently working with all major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, and waiting for approvals from them before we can offer insurance-based services.
However, we are currently taking reservations for those with private insurance and/or Medicaid to ensure everyone has a spot available on our schedule. While it may be a little bit of a wait for the approvals to come through, we'll ensure you don't miss out on the opportunity to receive your medication management services from us. Please don't hesitate to contact us to reserve your spot and be placed on our waiting list. The moment your insurance approves our credentialing application, we will reach out to get you scheduled.
In person and Telehealth options
While our Medication Management Services are typically provided in person, clients can also utilize our safe, secure, and easy-to-use Telehealth Service, allowing us to serve all Idaho residents.
Our safe and secure telehealth technology allows us to provide our services through Video/Audio conference (Telehealth), using your Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone. You have the choice, you can schedule to be seen in-person at our Boise office, or through telehealth services.
Both the software, as well as the process, are both very user-friendly (easy to use), while being impressively secure and HIPAA compliant; assuring your sessions remain confidential. We want you safe, healthy, happy, hopeful, and optimistic. In addition, we want to make sure you always have access to the services you depend on.
What are Telehealth Services?
Telehealth is the use of video and audio technologies, which allow professionals to continue providing the services offered over long-distance, or as a means to overcome other barriers/challenges to physical access. Telehealth allows clients to continue receiving, and remain engaged, in services without interruption.
Telehealth Services are defined as the delivery and facilitation of health and health-related services, including Mental Health Care, through telecommunications and digital communication technologies, such as the secure video-appointments that our software, TheraNest, allows us to offer.
